I have a twin sister. We were born in Manhattan on a Friday night and we’ve been partying ever since.

Currently I live in San Francisco where the people are nice, the food is delicious, and the hills have been good for my derriere.

Because so much of my life is musically motivated, this blog tends to be aurally oriented.

House Music in all it’s variations and sub genres holds a huge place in my heart but I was raised on 70′s disco and AM Radio with lots of Funk, R & B, Electro, Freestyle and show tunes sprinkled on top.

Music has all ways been a palliative for me, soothing my soul and helping me process emotions. It lifts me up when I’m down and gets me back on track when my groove becomes a rut.

I believe that House is a feeling that no one can understand really unless you’re deep into the vibe of House. Not everyone understands House Music, it’s a spiritual thing, a body thing, a soul thing…

If you don’t like House Music, I think it’s because you don’t understand it and one of my missions in life is to help you understand this groove.

I believe that House is a metaphor for the Kingdom of Heaven. I believe it is a state of mind and a state of consciousness that is always available and everywhere present for everyone to enjoy right here and now.

I believe that Jack is the keeper of the House. Some of you may know Him as the Great Comforter or maybe the Whole E Spirit. I believe that Jack is the one that learns ya how to rock your body. Just say “know” to Him.

Jack is the one to Unlock the House for you if you’re open and receptive enough to allow it.

I believe we live in a Universe built on free-will and as such, all is allowed so forgive me if I go astray. When I checked a register of historical facts, I was shocked and ashamed to discover how I’m the 18th pale descendant of some old queen or other – please don’t hold it against me…
